  • How long have you been playing Idle Inn before?
  • Did this happen after the event started?
  • What's your device model?
  • Which Inn you were at when this happened?
  • Tell us more on how exactly this happened - did the game just start from Inn 1 right away or it tried to load your progress first?
  • Did you try to complete the tutorial and see if maybe your cloud save will be downloaded from the cloud?
  • Did you do anything with your device prior to this? (Update OS version, reinstall the game, reset device, etc.)
